1/2 Qualitative & quantitative data: #QuantData measures how much, and #QualData represents conceptual patterns. Both have an "iffy" version full of assumptions and a solid, reliable version, two ends of the spectrum for both types of data.

In December @Zosia Czerska and I had a great chat with the #QRCA community. Zosia asked some great questions, like: - Can you share an example of flipping the script to support a broader range of people?

- You refer to this as the problem space and we find ourselves directed to the product space. How do you guide orgs to refocus on the problem space? - Your data collection and listening sessions are very interesting in that you don't run with a discussion guide. Can you tell why?

1/2 📚 The #book AI Snake Oil can help your org recognize that predictive #AI (used in filtering through job candidates, as well as other applications) does not work. And the authors don't think it will ever work. "They're just pattern matchers. They don't have common sense."
