这家公司手里握着摩纳哥的大赌场、顶级酒店、歌剧院和全国三分之一的黄金地皮。成了实际大老板的船王根本不把摩纳哥统治者兰尼埃三世亲王放在眼里：亲王想开发大众旅游业建新酒店，船王却只想把摩纳哥留给极少数亿万富豪玩乐，直接在董事会上用一票否决权把亲王的计划全挡了回去。
忍无可忍的兰尼埃亲王在 1966 年干出了一招釜底抽薪的王权反杀：他直接动用国家最高立法权，通过了一道紧急法案，强制命令船王控股的那家公司在一夜之间向摩纳哥政府定向增发 60 万股全新股票！
这六十万股新股一印出来，希腊船王手里原本过半数的控股权瞬间被稀释到了不足三分之一，彻底沦为没有话语权的小股东；气得七窍生烟的船王只能低价把股票全卖给摩纳哥政府，开着游艇灰溜溜地永远地离开了蒙特卡洛。

他们会在韩国注册芯片设计公司，故意设计便宜又难用的服务器处理器，然后以它为由，向三星、SK 海力士采购最好的 HBM 存储芯片，这是做 AI 处理器的关键配件。
之后，他们会找一些封装厂，把 HBM 和自己的烂处理器焊在同一块基板上，因为美国规定这种组合，按处理器的算力来判定，而这么搞处理器的性能，会低于管制线，所以算合规出口。
这些货物，抵达香港后，再由每天跨境通勤的人，往返带进内地。
最终，内地工坊，会把芯片加热到一定温度，撬下之前焊接上去的 HBM，转寄给需要它的客户。
不过随着这套模式，模仿的人越来越多，接受采访的这位老板，打算明年卖掉股份抽身了。。
