A week ago CIDER turned 9! (github.com/clojure-emacs/cid…) I didn't have time to commemorate this glorious occassion back then, but I'll say now that I'm shocked how quickly so much time has passed. And also extremely happy that CIDER is still going strong after all this time! Cheers!

I learned about leadership & scaling from Sheryl Sandberg. My direct manager for 10+ yrs, we spent countless hours together in weekly 1x1s (she attended religiously), meetings, offsites, dinners, travel, etc. Here are some of the most important lessons I took away from Sheryl:

debugging in a clojure repl with @jysandilya ! youtube.com/watch?v=tpcl5pjk… if you're new to clojure and wish you could pair with a clojure dev for just a little while to get comfortable with the environment, this little video is a great "oh, so *that's* how you do it" intro. :)

Recently, at @in_clojure, @sezal_jain presented a beginner's experience report on #Clojure. She asked the same question (why are we not using snake_case or camelCase). I was one of the first to shout "it's not the Clojure way"! youtu.be/dgu4NPF_mNA

I'm happy to see CIDER's debugger used by Calva clojureverse.org/t/calva-get… As the debugger is without a doubt the most complex part of CIDER, that's the best proof possible that all the functionality in CIDER's Orchard is editor-agnostic. :-) Nicely done, Team Calva! Cheers!

It's official - Leiningen's next release will bundle nREPL 0.7 github.com/technomancy/leini… I guess now it's time for a Boot PR as well :-)
