Al services are completely functional again. New systems have been added to the server cluster. Coming days performance will be rebalanced.
More servers are being succesfully restarted. Isolating the problematic ones from the rest. Restarting all servers will take a while. Please be patient when you are not yet able to reconnect.
A small success, some services are up and running again. But connections are still very limited. Debugging tools are deployed to investigate the incident further.
The engineers of the ISP are working with the external Ceph specialists to rule out possible causes. It is still unclear what is causing the disruption.
Due to a major outage at our internet service provider you might experience login problems for our services.
Currently, experts are actively researching the cause of the problem. We are hoping to resolve this issue swiftly.
