Heard Anchors for years while flipping TV channels and not one kind word ever from them about this one community. Pure personal hatred or political compulsion? Rest assured, Newsmen, you've played your part in spreading hate, lies & lynchings. Keep going but have faith in Karma.
As the Indian cricket team embarks on a Tour of New Zealand, I'm reminded of 1981 when the Kiwis were the weaker team in World cricket. We lost to NZ 45 years ago and here's a little poem I wrote then and sent out to some of my friends in the Indian team (all in good humour). 🤗
Not an easy decision to give up the biggest honour for a cricketer - captaincy of the National team. But @ImHarmanpreet does it, however tough it might have been.
Well done skipper, and it is time now to leave behind a bigger legacy as a unnamed mentor of Indian cricket while still deriving enjoyment from and loving the game.

Indo-Pak T20 match for Asian Games gold medal, Windies vs India One-Day, India vs Brazil football, gold medal hockey match and a late surge in gold medals @AsianGames_2026 to lift India to 4th place. Can there be a better Saturday fare for a sports lover?!! #sport
Super win by Indian women's hockey team! Nostalgic for me. I was there and had covered their last win in Asiad 1982 in Delhi. And I'd put the team on the cover of my magazine, 'Sportscall' which I was then editing and publishing. 😊 @AsianGames_2026

My view on Muslim youth at Garba events: While the organization's diktat has no locus standi, it's doing the minority community a favour by stopping them from what's banned in Islam. But if a few defy their religion, holding entire community responsible shows ulterior motives.
Hmmm... so looks like the anchors have decided again that presently the only way to help their respective Principals win is by dividing society. And so what if their Principles go for a six! Some day they'll be taught a lesson.
What this woman did was definitely wrong & she apologised. But what the collective media did to her was 'plain torture'. Btw.. she was definitely not Gen Z!!
