As #NewOrleans is experiencing the outbreak of the #COVID19 ( #coronavirus ) #pandemic , the streets of the iconic #FrenchQuarter are empty. The #quarantine city provided for a desolate #BourbonStreet background in a typically vibrant atmosphere that had to be captured.
