I bought a load of Amber and Silver and my heart sank when I saw it was sent @Hermesparcels. The day it was due to be delivered, the very same day, there was 'damage to parcel'. A very securely sellotaped box. Parcel was then 'held' at depot. Parcel then dissappeard ... #theft

A weekend of stress, 30 minutes on the phone to @laithwaites getting back a SECOND unauthorised payment that cost me an overdraft penalty and they send a £10 voucher...what a joke.
Just installed noise pollution app. One ear still a bit numb yet ringing. Normal levels of noise in skyline tent is already 65 decibels so I dread to think levels when the show is on. Redcoat Paige 'Im sorry you feel this way'. I'd rather not be preggo and feel balance impaired..
Update for you @Butlins Bognor, a lovely lady has just come over to say sorry. She feels the same and is tired of headaches but apparently your RedCoats don't do anything when asked by ground staff. Too important. I am even more appalled.

Just contacted our school to make a complaint about @SchoolTrendsLtd. Hopefully they will be removed from suppliers list. Half the class missing uniform three weeks in and absolutely no contact.
