4 DAYS OF STRESS, SOLVED IN JUST 2 HOURS β PAYOUT SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED! β€οΈπ
A huge appreciation post for @imitini, @EdwardXLreal and @GoatFunded.
For the past four days, I was extremely stressed about my payout and deduction issues. I contacted support repeatedly and tagged multiple people, but unfortunately, I wasn't getting a proper resolution.
Then ISAAC (@imitini) personally reached out to me on X, and everything changed.
He listened to my entire situation, carefully reviewed my concerns, and helped resolve my problem in almost two hours.
From explaining every deduction to guiding me through the payment process, he personally handled everything with incredible patience.
And today, I can happily confirm that I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED MY PAYOUT! β€οΈπ°
But what impressed me the most wasn't just receiving my money.
It was the way ISAAC treated me.
He never treated me like just another support ticket. He treated me like his own younger brother, patiently explaining every little detail and making sure I understood everything.
ISAAC, you are genuinely the BEST moderator I've ever dealt with. β€οΈπ
To @EdwardXLreal, you have an incredible person on your team. People like ISAAC deserve recognition because they genuinely make a difference in traders' experiences.
To @GoatFunded, thank you for resolving my issue and processing my payout.
After four stressful days, ISAAC turned my frustration into happiness and restored my confidence in GFT.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, brother. I will never forget how personally you helped me. β€οΈπ
Huge respect and gratitude to ISAAC and the entire GFT team!

What a journeyβ¦
After requesting my 6th payout on the same account, GFT invited me for a Risk Interview regarding some activity they had concerns about.
Today, I received the final email from the Risk Team:
βWe have decided to proceed with the payment of your pending payout.β β
π°
Interview completed. Review completed. Payout approved. πβ€οΈ
Huge respect to @GoatFunded for taking the time to review everything properly and allowing me to explain my trading approach.
6 payouts. Same account. Still going. π
