Hennepin County found an election loophole and decided the problem was the guys who EXPOSED it.
James O'Keefe and Cam Higby now face FELONY charges.
The county's own complaint: O'Keefe walked into a Minneapolis precinct, gave a registered voter's name and "confirmed" the birth date.
No photo ID to get that far.
