Signal restoration work is underway on a war footing. The signals on the up through line, towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, have been restored, while restoration work on the remaining lines is ongoing... The overhead wire problem that occurred this morning between Mulund and Thane stations at around 9 AM was restored at approximately 10:40 AM, and operations there are now running normally... We are making every effort to restore all systems as soon as possible and provide passengers with smooth local train services...”

Your grand parents choose to stay in Pakistan so no you can’t expect to be citizen after choosing a terror state over a safe state.
My grand parents migrated from India to Pakistan during 1947 partition. My Nano (grandma) told me they had a beautiful house there with a large garden. They never wanted to leave. They were forced to leave their home due to fear of life.
After all these years, can I go to India as an indigenous person to that land and DEMAND the INDIAN nationality and possession of my grand parents’ house?
The answer is most certainly no.
