This is shocking @enterprisecares i came to pick up 2.5 hours ago. Told I’d probably have to wait 90 minutes. Now hearing people say it may be (4pm+ 5 hours+) as they try to drive staff to Chelmsford to get more cars and that isn’t even a guarantee.

@enterprisecares worst service. Lewisham UK. 20+ customers waiting for their cars, some since 9am. Company overbooked and don't have any cars on site or any answer when situation will be resolved. 1 staff member in office with rest hunting region for cars. #noendinsight #avoid

Hey @Finnair whats happening, had flights booked for months with seats selected and then try to check-in online and its we are on a standby list as not enough seats available on the first leg of our flights - this doesn't feel like long distance business class travel?

Astounding inverse customer service by @HertzUK I turned up to Hertz Stratford International as per last nights email reminder to find it shut. Booking transferred to Marble Arch without any communication. Only found out by calling sales line. Then call cut after 15 mins on hold!
