“I made this game with Claude…”
no dude, you made a demo. it’s not a game, it’s not complete, that’s a demo
I think Opus writes those.
So I’ll translate:
We are reducing weekly limits by 25%
Starting September 14, we're permanently raising standard weekly limits in Claude Code by 25% for Pro, Max, Team, and seat-based Enterprise plans. Until then, the current 50% increase will be in place.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
While standard base limits are increasing by 25%, this change represents a net 17% reduction in weekly limits compared to the active 50% promotional limits users currently experience, as confirmed by the official Claude account: x.com/claudedevs/sta…
For Windows, 2.0 is more than a big update. It's the official release. We're just getting started
Starting today, Raycast v2 is out of beta.
🧪 Beta testers get an automatic update
🔜 Full rollout happens over the next weeks
🔄 Users on v1 can download the update manually

Windows users still Google "app name download" and click whatever looks least malicious. Like it’s 2009.
Windows has had a package manager since 2020. WinGet's catalog is shockingly good. Its CLI is extremely Microsoft.
A few weeks ago, I gave the existing WinGet extension for @raycast a major rewrite:
Anthropic we increased limits by 50%
Also Anthropic: previously cut them by 50%
So, like, now it’s 75% of what we had, or what? Why does it have to be so confusing?

As a bonus File Pilot is now supported out of the box in @raycast on Windows. Enjoy!

This is the first step towards making our File Search command even more powerful.
You can enable Content Search in Settings > File Search.

I think @cursor is really underappreciated. Some people still think of it as just an editor. It is not that. Putting aside the cloud stuff and Composer, their harness is really good. The era of subsidised tokens is coming to an end, third-party harnesses will become more valuable
Le Chaton Fat by @MistralAI is insane.
Such a privilege to have early access
Launching Focus in @raycast on Windows this week, back-to-back with dictation last week. Both were equally challenging to port, but in completely different ways.
This is fun though

If you’re into virtual desktops on Windows, but find them annoying to use, @raycast also has virtual desktop commands that are really nice.
You can switch desktops instantly with no animations, move windows around, auto-create desktops when you jump to them, auto-close empty ones when you leave, rename them, and a bunch of other stuff.
It takes a bit of time to get used to it, but once you do, it is really convenient.
🪟 Manage your windows on Windows (or macOS!), keyboard only. Here's our new video about Window Management in Raycast: youtu.be/Ei1RIZCrZN8
Dictation is now available on @raycast for Windows.
I liked it so much on macOS, started porting it on my own. I’m glad we can finally share the results.
Raycast Dictation is now available on Windows 🗣️

The thing some people are missing when they compare @raycast v2 to Electron or Tauri is that it’s neither. It’s in its own separate category. It’s not a desktop app built by web devs who don’t want to deal with native. It’s the opposite. Half of it is in Swift, Rust and C#
