Been waiting a long time for this—my first #radialfirst thrombectomy with the @penumbrainc system (BMX81–Selec–RED62), using the Snake Bite technique. First-pass TICI 3 in 14 minutes. What an awesome performance from this catheter system!

A case of bilateral transverse sinus stenosis completely resolved. At that time patient was refractory to medical treatment and shunting was performed with this impressive result. Stenting wasnt known at that time.
