I have come back here solely for the purpose of saying that I learned a new way of carrying floats in my colorwork knitting, but like, a third of the way through a colorwork project. Which is GREAT but also god dammit. Guess I gotta block the wonky tension and hope for the best?

On the one hand, I had to call a funeral home about my dead baby, but on the other hand, turns out they don't charge for their services under These Circumstances because I guess everyone has to live with themselves at the end of the work day, hey. Except the baby, I suppose.

Trigger warning for... death, I suppose? If a fetus dies before 20 weeks, it's considered a miscarriage. If it's 20 weeks and after, it's a stillbirth. If it's 20 weeks exactly, you get to have several conversations about legal technicalities but you still don't get a baby.
