Feels good to feel good again! – at St Louis, MO

Bought my first house and decided I couldn’t officially call it a home until I hung up some @JimmyDiResta wisdom. Now to fill up the rest of the wall! – at St Louis, MO

Someone has been eating pistachios while pooping at work. I completely admire this person’s commitment to a great snack. I may not know who you are, but you’re a hero in my book poopstachio person. – at Creve Coeur, MO

I have every intention of getting back into my @HerbAlpert marathon (only 7 albums left!) buuuuuuuuut I have become obsessed with @d_cummins' @timesuckpodcast and I have no clue when my attention will be pulled away...

Move over Johnny Mathis, there's a new awesome Christmas Album in my life! Also my sanity is beginning to unravel...

The Beat Of The Brass is the 10th in this collection which means I'm more than halfway through all of them! There's a song called Talk To Animals that's just...terrific.

Album number nine is Herb's appropriately titled Ninth! All you need to know about this one is his amazing version of Carmen. That'll put some pep in your step!

First album of the day is number 8 by Mr. Alpert. Sounds Like sounds like the music from Angry Beavers. Then again so does all of this music. His version of Wade In The Water is great though!

Last album I'm listening to today. Number 7 is S.R.O! I honestly don't remember much from listening to it. I'm certain it was great. Pretty sure every minute is starting to blend together. I've listened to way too much Herb Alpert today... Got 12 more albums to go!

Coming in at #6, What Now My Love. With a cover of If I Were A Rich Man from the hit musical Fiddler On The Roof, I'm left wondering "What can't Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass do?

Album number 5 and it's only been 3 hours. Herb Alpert's !!!Going Places!!! is just chock full of hits. Damn near every song on this has been used in some cartoon from my childhood. Didn't realize how much Herb I knew!

Album number 4 is probably the reason I started this journey. You can almost certainly find this vinyl in any thrift store record bin. As I thought, it did not disappoint. From the sexy, sultry Love Potion No. 9 to the polka vibe of Peanuts, front to back this album slaps.

3rd album in! Man does South of the Border have some time tested classics on it. Herbs take on The Girl From Ipanema and All My Loving are just so perfectly done!

Second album down! Volume 2 is the album where Herb seems to get saucy! Not only is his version of Spanish Harlem awesome, but right after that the song Swinger From Seville is a sultry jam that will surely set any mood you want at anytime.

Album 1 down. The Lonely Bull. It is during this album that I realized that doing this might make me feel like I'm perpetually trapped in an elevator. There's a song called Tijuana Sauerkraut which is great by name and fun to listen to. Also Limbo Rock is always a classic!

I think that during this quarantine I'm going to take the time to listen to everyone of the 19 albums by Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass available on @Spotify. Not because anyone asked or because I want to, but because when else will I have the time?!

So happy I can watch my good buddy @KingScottRules marry the love of his life today! – at St Louis, MO

Finally made a dang ol’ demo reel...
