If you did a performance review for your development process in your software team, which things would you rate?

My team started mobbing in April. These are not the only issues that faded away. So many work item queues and inventory faded away aswell. We can't imagine going back to working in silos.

For anyone who hasn't see my LinkedIn post (or isn't on LinkedIn), I am running my Story Slicing Masterclass workshop over the coming weeks, to cover all timezones. Would love to see you there! neilkillick.com/workshops/st…

Hi folks! I’m looking for my next full-time role in engineering leadership (such as Director, VP, CTO) and/or senior engineering (such as Principal or Staff).
I love people, want them to succeed, and have fairly reliably made myself helpful.
I'm thinking of taking 3 people, have them each implement one rule of FizzBuzz on their own, then have them mob on FizzBuzz.
What do you think?

How can we be effective if we separate the people who should be working together?

My biggest issue with working from the office, is that I don't feel comfortable singing while I work. 🤐

May the world be blessed with many more @schmonz's or at least people of like mind, and PURE bonus would be of like abilities. See why I think this at ... schmonz.com/purpose/
The Schmonz is about to be bored and is looking. Do not miss this golden opportunity.
This, so much this.

That is a huge part of the problem. When incentives diverge (i.e. product is responsible for outcomes and devs are responsible for outputs) then you no longer have a *team*, just a working group.
