And suddenly nobody knows about using tomato paste to make stew anymore.
Osim “wow, people use tomato paste before”
“You people use tomato paste for your stew?”
This X that we’re are on ehn, ah!
At the gym, this brother man called me aside. Said, “I don’t know o, maybe you like it, but you’re growing muscles”
Told him, “yes, I like it”
He said, “I think you should stop lifting…”
Asked him, “why, is there any side effects of muscles?”
He said,“no, but you’re a woman”
It breaks my heart when I see stuff like this.
Is it the eating that is the issue or arranging what to eat?
Because eating is life. Eating is art, it’s bliss—pure bliss. Therapeutic, if you may.

I love food. The thought of eating excites the very core of my being.
I get this spasm in the walls of my mouth and my mouth waters in anticipation of that spoon of rice as it journeys from the plate to my mouth.
Food is just spot on.
