Been digging into @themutualfun and the idea is pretty interesting.👀 They’re building five on-chain funds on Robinhood Chain, with Seat NFT holders actually getting a say in how the funds are managed. What caught my attention is that all five funds start from the same rules. From there, the results will depend on the decisions their communities make. A few details I found interesting: • 🪑4,001 Seats in total • Each Seat is assigned to a fund • Mint proceeds go directly into the funds • You need to enroll your Seat to vote and receive dividends • Every Seat has its own wallet, called a Briefcase The Briefcase part is especially interesting. Dividends go there, and the balance moves with the NFT if the Seat is sold. So the new owner has to enroll again after a transfer. I’m curious to see how this plays out once people actually start making decisions. Five funds, the same starting rules, but potentially very different outcomes. Could be a pretty interesting experiment.🧪

INKORA is just getting started. 👀💜

TERA is the first project where the land NFT you own is tied to a real natural-resource stock. You mint one of 3,333 parcels on Robinhood Chain. It has a resource - silver, crude, rare earth - and a treasury holding those actual stocks pays out to signed land. Nobody has done this before. @Tera_Map · teraworld.xyz
