Coolest swag I’ve gotten at conference (programmable badge with Doom and other apps preloaded). Props to @temporalio !

I really just like to program
Hands on keyboard, music, deeply thinking and enjoying the process
Quite impressed by what Claude Code can do! Gave it very simple instructions to write a Go SDK for a public API using an existing Go library as inspiration. It did its own research and one-shotted the whole thing in less than an hour and with 99% of my session quota 😅
Took Adblock for granted until the one I use recently stopped working. Suddenly these email-like ads started showing up in my inbox. How is this different from getting actual random spam emails? Maybe it's time to switch email providers.
I’ll know if I regret this when I wake up tomorrow, but pushed through the last 4 miles to get within 3h10m. What a race! Sub-3 on the next one?!
Asked Google “what happened to X from Y company”. Google returned no relevant results, and incorrect results from Gemini (AI Overview). ChatGPT gave me the exact answer I was looking for (with links) and more. The latter might become tomorrow’s default search engine.
Staying up late learning a new programming language during peak marathon training week is a terrible idea but somehow I keep doing it 😭
Ran more this year than all previous years combined. One day short of 300 runs within a year, so that’s gonna be the score to beat in 2025!
Wrapping up the year with a 3:14:14 PR at CIM. Learned from my mistakes in this same race last year. Came up with a plan this time around, stayed disciplined, and executed on it. Inching closer to a BQ, let’s go!
SF marathon thank you for such an amazing race! PR’ed with 3:27:27. We’re just getting started, the grind goes on!
Finally got the chance to hop into a Waymo and I must say I’m really impressed! Probably drives a tad slower and more defensively than a human driver (e.g. sitting through a yellow light rather than chasing it), but the ride itself was very smooth.
146 runs and 148 hours later, finally hit 1k miles year-to-date. Closed out the week with a 17 mi run.
The grind goes on!
Somehow ended up staying up til 1am watching MIT’s Intro to Algo course on YT. Ngl I kinda miss the days back in college
Getting back into a different kind of commit(ment) streak lately, and I’ve been really enjoying it! Strava’s dashboard is my new GH dashboard. 🏃✅
I’m pretty sure that @riotgames is a record company that happens to make games youtube.com/playlist?list=OL…
