Building your skills is no longer optional in the 21st century; it’s a necessity. Today, AI is dominating everything, and even within AI, we now have “vibe coding,” where applications are rapidly generated with minimal human effort.
While this speed creates opportunities, it also introduces risks. AI-generated code can easily ship with vulnerabilities. As more vibecoded apps go live, the demand for security engineers and bug bounty hunters will only increase, meaning more value, more responsibility, and more money for those who are prepared.
The world no longer cares about titles, age, or background. It doesn’t matter if you’re a 70-year-old professor or a secondary school dropout. What truly matters is the value you can deliver to a protocol or product. In fact, a young builder who can identify bugs, secure systems, and add real value will outperform anyone who relies only on reputation without practical impact.
In this era, skills pay. Value wins. Adapt or get left behind.

2025 A year of growth, challenges, and big wins
This year, I completed the Thrive Metis program and became a Guardian at @thriveprotocol after completing all the Metis build challenges, where I built ArbiLearn from scratch.
I also graduated as a top graduate of Batch 13 at @buidlguidl and received a starter grant to build @FestifyClub.
Hackathons were a major part of my journey. I participated in multiple hackathons and secured several wins, including the Chainlink Chromion Hackathon with @chainlink in the Avalanche track and a Gaia bounty at the Autonomous Apes hackathon by @recallnet and @encodeclub.
I also took part in multiple Proof of Ship programs, from PoS2 to PoS8, with @CeloDevs, building Festify with real on-chain impact through @letsdivvi. Festify gained unexpected recognition, including shoutouts from Celo co-founder @marek_ and @growthepie_eth for the impact we created with @FestifyClub.
Not everything was smooth. One of the biggest challenges this year was being denied a visa to attend the @MidnightNtwrk summit hackathon in London, but that didn’t stop the journey.
Bringing everything together, I officially launched @ibxlab to innovate and build more in the Web and Web3 space, and I’m closing out the year entering the Stacks Ascent program with @stackslabs.
More wins ahead.
2026 is going to be even bigger. 🚀
