today we’re launching @neatlogs to fix that
3 holds timed out after being written. The agent read each back, saw HELD, and didn't repeat it: 0 duplicate holds.
RecallOps India (#neatHack): real CDSCO alerts, synthetic stock. Name-matching froze 87 good rows; the agent froze 0.
