Swatantra Bharadwaj objected to that. During this, he got into an altercation with Neeshu's father.
In this old video just after the incident, you can see that her father himself is claiming that Swatantra Bharadwaj hit him by mistake and gave him a minor injury. He further said that he and others would have lynched Swatantra had police not intervened.
Few days later, Neeshu and her father started claiming that his skull got fractured and that propaganda has stayed since then.
In the second video, Neeshu was seen promoting illegal trading telegram channels after taking money from them. She does not care about her followers.
Both father and daughter are the frauds of highest order. And they are getting support from fraud politicians like Rahul Gandhi and Ravan. There are several videos of Neeshu abusing Hindus gods as well.
Swatantra is a victim in all this. If someone should get arrested, it is this father - daughter duo.

Prosecute Swatantra Bhardwaj by all means for attacking Kumar. But will the Delhi police consider this video featuring "victim" Sanjay Kumar made on July 24. This video has surfaced as CJP protestors have successfully pinned down the police into arresting Bhardwaj. But in this July 24 video Bhardwaj's "victim" Sanjay Kumar appears to say that the injury to his head was caused "unintentionally." Sanjay Kumar also says Bhardwaj should consider himself lucky because had the police not arrived he would have been worse off. Kumar also dares Bharadwaj to a 1-VERSUS-1. Kumar's minor daughter has come out to clarify on his behalf but her version only invites more questions.
Now, will this July 24 video, along with the competing accounts and the medical evidence cited by Delhi Police also form part of the investigation? Or is the state happy to CAPITULATE AGAIN?

India is a funny country.
If you abuse the Army, the Police, the PM and his mother, no FIRs will be filed against you.
If you attack the police, beat, stone and lynch them, no FIRs will be filed against you.
The same government and Supreme Court will protect you whom one abused, attacked and lynched.
But .....if you abuse and threaten the abusers and attackers of the police, or army, Delhi Police will file an FIR against you and you will face arrest and jail.
Because India is a SECULAR AND DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY.
