@UberEats @Postmates Do better. You guys understand theres a critical bug on the app where delivery people are accepting orders, grabbing it and never starting the delivery right? The system then constantly re-assigns the order until nearly over 1 hour passes.

After 4 re-assigns the app offers a “full refund”. Like you guys didnt just waste an hour of my life - having to order again - with the concern of this issue happening again. You guys need to implement a system where the delivery person MUST take a photo when the food is picked

A photo when the order is picked up to CONFIRM that the delivery is in motion. And a photo AFTER the delivery has been made. Its not rocket science. This is the second time this happened in a week.
