It's being declared a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy case. The Jury Foreman wrote "It is with heavy heart that we can't come to a verdict"

Oh, even her lawyer says she did it. It's just was she generally out of her mind/crazy (which a ton of folks say they are nowadays), or was she legally out of her mind and crazy? And people don't seem to understand there's a difference between the colloquial crazy and legal crazy

Needs to put into place requirements that if someone did the crime but is found to be incompetent /crazy or whatever else that they need required to serve the entire max sentence without any possibility of early release.

I mean, if you kill 3 kids, I don't care how crazy you were. If you're potentially prone to being that out of control/incompetent, sayonara. Let god sort it out.
