I’m an author of 2 poetry books. “The Chaos of Longing” is an exploration of desire—physical, emotional, & spiritual. “Submerge” uses the metaphor of water to explore trauma, mental health, & loss. My hope is that my vulnerability creates a space for readers to feel less alone.

Who needs enemies when you have sisters? I’ve lost 50lbs this year. During Thanksgiving dinner they were commenting on how much slimmer I look & one of them said, ‘I need to go to the doctor & get me something to lose weight so I’m not the fat sister.’
