The masses waits for confirmation. I move on conviction. I execute first and write after. Not to teach but to document the journey, becoming the greatest version of myself without permission.

Are you confusing what you're good at with what you want to spend your life doing? Being knowledgeable about something doesn't automatically mean you're obligated to build your future around it. Sometimes our competence becomes a trap because other people begin identifying us with something we no longer want to prioritize.

A man bought a fishing boat and fished every lake he could find. When the bass bit in one lake he stayed a week. When word came that the crappie were biting somewhere else he pulled anchor and left. His nets were always half full and his gas tank always empty. One morning an old man at the dock watched him rig his boat and said, "Son, you ever notice the fish bite where the water is still? You keep chasing the ripple and leaving the deep end." The man laughed it off and fished five more lakes that year. At the end of the season his cooler was light and his boat needed repairs he could not afford. The next spring he picked one lake and learned it. He learned where the water warmed first, where the current bent around the point, where the big ones fed before dawn. He stopped listening to every story about another lake. By fall his boat was paid off and his freezer was full. The old man never said he told him so. He just nodded at the full cooler like a man who had seen the whole thing coming. Investors and Traders do this with strategy and market hopping. Remain where you are and dominate before leaving. Everything else is a distraction.

People spend so much time trying to manifest what they want that they rarely stop to examine whether what they want is actually theirs to begin with. Think about how much of what we pursue comes from conditioning. We're taught what success looks like, what a good life should include, what milestones we should reach, and even what should make us happy. After years of absorbing those expectations, it can become difficult to distinguish our genuine desires from the ones we've inherited. And here's something I want you to consider: Feeling misaligned doesn't necessarily mean you're on the wrong path. Sometimes it means you're still using an outdated definition of what a good life looks like.

You post, “I’m taking a break from watching the news,” and someone replies, “Ignoring the world’s problems won’t make them disappear.” Or you say, “People should be allowed to change their opinions,” and someone responds, “So nobody should be held accountable for what they’ve said?” That’s the straw man fallacy: turning someone’s point into a more extreme claim, then arguing against it. Taking a break doesn’t mean you don’t care. Allowing someone to grow doesn’t mean erasing accountability. Before typing a response, ask yourself whether you’re challenging what they actually said or something you added. A comment section already has enough arguments without us inventing extra ones.

Nick Saban warns against the biggest enemy to continued success. "Complacency...when you get satisfied - it creates a blatant disregard for doing the right things." "You start to resent the very things that got you where you were." You no longer pride yourself in hard work and earning it. "We pride ourselves in hard work. Then it becomes: 'I resent that. I resent the hard work that you're making us do.'" "'Why do I have to do this? I just had a great month. I just sold however many cars. We won so many games. Why do I have to do this?'" That's the trap. You start questioning the process that built you. Then he dropped the truth: "Success is momentary. It's not continuous. It's right then - this is what you did - that's over and done with." "You better be where your feet are and move on to the next one." "Because when you are successful, you just become the target." Success doesn't protect you - it exposes you. It's a continuous process. You have to keep earning it. This is why people tell you to stay hungry and stay humble because you can't resent the work that got you there. (🎥CBT Automotive )
