Thank you @NTHS_Titans for bringing in Imperial Sports to pour into the next generation. We had the opportunity to educate these young men on NIL, help them identify their personal brands, set goals, & introduce resources designed to support their growth beyond the game.

Only need people around me that take my goals and vision as seriously as their own.

Any coach (high school or college) that is complaining about the NIL space is not properly educating their athletes and families on how to navigate the space and utilize their name as a business, and equate their current opportunity of success to long term equity.

I LOVE the space that NIL has created and I’d still going. Especially coming from an underserved community - this gives young athletes space to gain leverage. As leaders in sports, and not just sport but in business as a whole, we should be educating our athletes.
