منصة التأمين المدمج "ياسمينة"، مقرها المملكة العربية السعودية، تغلق جولة تمويل البذرة بقيمة 2 مليون دولار.
جولة التمويل بقيادة @Sceneholding و @accessbridgeVC ، وبمشاركة @ArzanVC ، ودعم مبكر من مسرعة سنابل للاستثمار @500vc_mena .
تأسست @YasminaIns في عام 2023 من قبل بشار أبا الخيل و مسعود الحلو. تعمل الشركة على إحداث نقلة نوعية في طريقة تقديم خدمات التأمين عبر المنصات الرقمية.
توفر الشركة تكامل سلس لواجهة برمجة التطبيقات (API) التي تمكّن الشركات الرقمية من تقديم تأمين مخصص عند الدفع في أقل من 48 ساعة.
منذ تأسيسها، أقامت ياسمينة شراكات استراتيجية مع منصات في مجالات تشمل الموارد البشرية والسيارات والسفر ونقاط البيع والعقارات.
من المتوقع أن توفر هذه الشراكات تأمينًا مدمجًا لأكثر من 1.5 مليون عميل، لتقدم مجموعة من المنتجات بما في ذلك التأمين الصحي والتأمين على السيارات والتأمين على المنازل.
تخطط ياسمينة استخدام التمويل لنمو فريق العمل، وإطلاق عملياتها خارج المملكة العربية السعودية؛ بدءًا من الإمارات العربية المتحدة هذا العام ومصر في عام 2026.
