Stop trying to democritize doing user research. Doing this cheapens the craft and leads to poor quality of research deliverables, which can lead to wrong decisions being made. Instead, democritize *engaging* with research findings & insights.

Working in tech has made me stoic in the way that I enjoy products when they work, and I don't get upset when they don't because I know there are usually good reasons behind a product not working in a way I would have preferred it to.

I have 3 note taking apps on my Mac, and yet the way I keep notes is by Slacking myself stuff I need to do/remember. The way I see it, something is lacking with these note taking tools, but I am not sure what it is.

I hope that @UserZoom's acquisition of @usertesting means there will FINALLY be meaningful improvements in the UX on the participant's side when using UserZoom. User Testing is doing it right, and UserZoom has a lot to learn.
