Question is: did Apple’s decisions over the past few weeks… steer (sorry) the Judge’s ruling? Or did Apple determine those were the two most likely decisions from the Judge and make a calculated bet to preempt her? I’d bet on the latter.

Fascinating thing from the ruling: The Judge issued two requirements to Apple: 1) Allow developers to point users to outside payment methods*. 2) Allow developers to communicate directly with users. Apple already did both in the last 3 weeks (*Big caveat is reader vs. all apps).

Absolutely disgusting how you used the Fortnite Mobile platform as leverage in your war against App Stores. You must have forgot about the MILLIONS of players who no longer have access to a game we once loved and supported. Was a fun run, thanks for ruining it.

Banks screw us on a daily basis.
Congress -To big to fail.
Cable companies -Lack of competition thus poor service damages the economies of entire communities.
Congress -That's OK.
Apple builds something that actually works for consumers.
Congress - Well, we can't have that.

Just had my first App Clip sighting in the wild. It was a QR code on our restaurant receipt that opened a little app experience for checking out, calculating tip and even paying with Apple Pay! I really hope this catches on

"Versatility is one of the strengths of a good USB-C Hub, and the #StayGo definitely fits that bill. Not only does it work with any Mac or Windows computer with a USB-C port, but it’s also plug and play with #iPadPros and 4th Gen Airs." @iPadInsightBlog bit.ly/2X7yVQA

"So why do I keep talking about “devices” when this is supposed to be an iPad stand? Even though it’s certainly geared toward iPads...the #HoverBarDuo has a device clamp that is spring-loaded to securely grip many different devices." @iPadInsightBlog bit.ly/3kAxLqL
