UGC Equity Rules 2026: Reject This Unfair System
The UGC Equity Regulations 2026 are not just flawed—they are deeply biased and fundamentally unjust. In the name of inclusion, these rules are pushing a system that risks silencing fairness and sidelining general category students.
These vague and loosely framed provisions create dangerous loopholes for misuse, with almost no accountability for false allegations. This is not protection—it is policy-driven imbalance.
We will not accept a framework that undermines merit, threatens academic freedom, and promotes selective justice. Equity cannot be built on unequal treatment and unchecked authority.
Enough is enough. Students will not stay silent while fairness is compromised.
We demand equal rights, clear laws, and strict accountability.
No bias. No double standards. No injustice.
If equity is not equal, it is not acceptable.
