No, I'm not mad at Embark for not inviting us to Frozen Trail Early Access Don't get me wrong, I'm honestly upset about it. When I think about it, I wonder why they don't just have a dialogue with us We've been here since beta, and it’s fair to say we’ve dedicated a part of our lives to covering this game, Sometimes, even in the craziest moments of our lives, we rush just to post the latest updates. Sometimes we’ve even did small campaigns to cheer the community up when rage baiters spread too much negativity. The most recent was “Embarktober” 😅. Why did we do it? Because we believed in Embark Last year we received over 110 million views on X alone, but a simple acknowledgment from Embark would mean far more to us than any view or engagement count That said, I understand it somewhat. Game is game; I don't take it personally, if they don’t want to communicate with us, there must be a reason. Perhaps they see X accounts like ours as view grab accounts? I don't know, I’m just thinking out loud But honestly, it would have been nice to get that official dialogue with them Going forward, I'm not sure how this will affect our motivation, but I love what Embark creates, from THE FINALS to ARC Raiders. I've spent thousands of hours on both games, connecting with you guys, making friends, and being part of this community fuels my passion for running ARC Radar On that note, we've also been busy cooking stuff for the community over the last few months, and I'm excited to announce and discuss it tomorrow after the update! Embark says they are fine if players leave ARC Raiders to play other games in-between major updates. The team prefers to deliver substantial, game-evolving packages that give players a compelling reason to return instead of pushing low effort monthly updates.
