AI can't create value for your business without understanding it. It doesn't generate value on its own, but it's an incredible multiplier when it understands your company's specific context, workflows, and day-to-day ops. We did it at Hype, and we can do it for you too.
Most companies are using AI as a shortcut. But the ones winning are using it as a multiplier. There's a big difference. We spent a year building AI systems internally before offering them to clients. Now we're opening it up. Follow @hypewrks to see what we're building.

i think we underestimate how much work happens before someone can actually start their task. finding the latest brief, checking what changed & asking whether a decision was approved. all of that takes time, even when the task itself is straightforward. this is the part of AI implementation i'm interested in at @hypewrks. understanding what people need to know to get on with their work. if this sounds like your team, DM me one recurring task & where they have to look for the information to start it.
What does your team need to know before starting work each morning? What changed overnight? What needs approval? We built our internal context hub so that our team could start there, without having to piece it together themselves. Build yours with us: calendly.com/d/dvzs-k8n-kv9/…

“We can’t put that information into an AI tool.” How many AI use cases get ruled out that way? Local models provide another option: running AI where your data already lives. Our VP of AI, @glitch_, on why he expects more businesses to take that step 👇

Could your company’s AI show an employee information they aren’t allowed to access? Imagine someone asks your AI assistant for an update on a project they work on. They can access the project brief and meeting notes, but the contract and commercial budget are restricted to another team. If the AI searches across all of those sources without checking their permissions, a normal question could expose confidential information. In the systems your team already uses, access rules may already determine who can see what. Once AI starts retrieving information across those systems, it needs to respect those same rules. At Hype, we built our internal context hub so people could find project history, meeting records, and past decisions without having to piece everything together across different systems. That meant access control had to be part of the retrieval process itself: the system only searches and returns information that each employee is permitted to see. For a business connecting its own knowledge to AI, there are practical questions to work through: - Does the system check what someone is allowed to access before retrieving information for their answer? - When their access changes in the original system, how quickly is that reflected in the AI system? - Can people see the sources behind an answer? - Can an authorized administrator trace what information was retrieved and by whom? Making company knowledge easier to find also means carrying the right identity and access rules through every connected system. If you’re working through this in your business, HYPEWRKS can help you map those requirements and implement the right controls around the systems your team already uses. Every new model release expands what’s possible for businesses. Turning those capabilities into something useful depends on your data, context, and how people actually use the system. Our VP of AI, @glitch_, explains what we learned putting that into practice at Hype 👇️

Want a look behind the scenes at how we’ve approached AI inside Hype? Our VP of AI, @glitch_, joined @theaisho to talk what worked for us, what didn’t, HypeFlow, local models, AI agents, AI slop, and where AI roles are heading next. Catch the full episode 👇️
Rabin Nuchtabek runs AI at @hypepartners , a crypto marketing agency, and he's spent over a year in the trenches actually deploying this stuff. In this chat, @sofiaunchained and @Diksha_ds get into why the model is almost never the real problem, why 95% of AI pilots quietly die, and the genuinely wild setup where his "Grok bot family" books his travel, fills out forms, and trades from its own wallet. We also get into closed models and lock-in, why he thinks local models are basically "intranet 2.0," the AI slop problem and how he clones his own writing voice, and his take on why the next high-paying AI job won't even show up as a job posting. full episode 👇

AI prototypes can look production-ready long before they are. Once people rely on them, permissions, stale sources, monitoring, and maintenance become the real work. HypeWRKS gets you from “it works” to “we can rely on it.” See where we can help: calendly.com/d/dvzs-k8n-kv9/…

HypeFlow grew out of @hypepartners' creative department, where a single film could involve several people working across different AI tools. We needed to track costs as the work progressed and give anyone joining a project, including freelancers, the context to pick up from the latest approved version. That meant building in monthly spending limits by user and role, alongside an organization-wide cap. Budgets are checked before each request reaches an AI provider, whether it comes through the canvas, chat, or an MCP connection. Each revision is saved alongside earlier versions, and approved outputs are protected from deletion. References and feedback stay with the project, so colleagues can review the work and the decisions behind it before taking over. Working through those details with the creative team shaped what we built. At HypeWRKS, we start by understanding how a project gets finished, including the reviews, handovers, and costs along the way. Grahame walks through HypeFlow in his post. He also leads our GenAI workshops, helping creative teams apply AI to their own production workflows. Curious about what a workshop could offer your team? Let’s chat: calendly.com/d/dvzs-k8n-kv9/…
Your team's Gen AI planning, iteration and content is probably scattered across 5 or more model subscription accounts, 3 slack threads, and someone's google drive rn. HypeFlow fixes that. One shared canvas for each project your running across your wider team for briefs, prompts, assets, feedback, approvals, the whole journey from idea to finished creative run by your agent of choice. HypeFlow doesn't replace your tools, just connects them and allows multiple creatives to sync in one place, built by Hype's own team because we were living the chaos too. A report that takes 4 hours, once a week, adds up to 208 hours a year. Over 5 full work weeks, on just one task that AI could easily cut down to 45 minutes or less. Where else is your business losing hours? Start claiming them back → calendly.com/d/dvzs-k8n-kv9/…

i'd encourage people to read the part about the invoice. it's easy to see a great AI film and assume it was cheap to make. less obvious is what the team spent moving between tools or redoing a scene because one change affected everything else. we had to get into that level of detail with our creative department. when i talk about operational intelligence at @hypewrks, this is the kind of thing i mean. understanding why a revision takes an afternoon before promising that AI will save you one.
