The optimal YouTube team now if you move beyond being a solo creator is a team of 3-6.
You want to essentially use the “Power Rangers” model.
You want high agency individuals that are high trust…
But also have compatibility and chemistry when coming together to achieve ONE goal.
They can’t be “siloed artist” that are compartmentalizing.
Their value needs to stack, and benefit from collaboration, rather than it creating friction.
Each of them also needs a speciality while being generally capable and competent.
You want team that can attack anything head on, and will never jeopardize the mission…

i run 7 youtube channels & post 35 shortform per week with 15 agents. oh and i'm a mom with a full-time job lol
here's what my bots actually do:
• my chief of staff sends me tomorrow's content plan every night at 7pm
• it interviews me to turn my ideas into scripts
• ai editors cut my reels from the footage i drop in drive
• it schedules every post and tracks what's actually working
• other bots run my newsletter, youtube channels, my money and my inbox
i spend about an hour a day managing them
no code, i just talk to them in chat
grok bot has been lifechanging, the UI is amazing. and I'm teaching my sister today
so we will see if a normie actually adopts this ;)
Years from now, people will look back and say Grok Bot was the moment AI actually became useful for normal people.
This week, I just texted it and:
1/ My kids woke up to new math and reading worksheets already printed
2/ It planned and booked trips for my family
3/ It ordered stuff for me from one text
4/ It printed my return label for a shoe I own and set a reminder so I don't miss the deadline

I had a scammer call me saying I owed money, I was out on my flat range, I pretended to break down crying, saying I was expecting a call back from the suicide hotline. Long story short. Sent a round down range, dropped the phone.
