A truly sad day for the Salesforce Ohana with the loss of the tenacious @gemziebeth. Gemma was the epitome of what it means to be a Trailblazer and was an inspiration to all of those around her.

Thank you @British_Airways for ruining my 50th Birthday.. Delayed flight (likely not your fault) means no home to the family in time. The real rub is the way your staff at SFO could literally not do any less to help me. Whatever the opposite of a golden ticket is, they need one!
