I reached out to a HR mutual on this app. Told him the industry I was interested in, luckily for me he was working in one of the industries and the company was recruiting (internally I guess). I did two stages of interviews, I passed and I got a breakdown of the financial component of my offer letter. I ran to church on a hot Tuesday morning to thank God😂😂

My question to you is, why does everything have to be so black and white? Why can’t you allow people to chart their own paths however they see fit?
