Thanks to an HSI/Europe-supported program, 1,176 stray cats were sterilized in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, between October and November 2024!
This program, a partnership between HSI and the German Animal Welfare Association, the Veterinary Association and the Ministry of Agriculture of Schleswig-Holstein, is an incredible first step in reducing the number of cats who suffer on the streets and in overcrowded shelters.
