FFS stop using TRYBE as a place to do gifted collaborations or seeding campaigns. We have a lot of platforms that already do that. You're not using it to its fullest potential as a PERFORMANCE BASED platform. Here's how I'd actually use it if you're trying to build a creator program that contributes to paid social πŸ‘‡πŸ» 1. Be selective with who gets product. You don't need to approve every creator who applies. Look at whether they can actually communicate on camera and whether their content makes sense for the customer you're trying to reach. 2. Give creators enough direction to make something useful. Your brief should give them the product facts, customer pain points, offer, claims they can and can't make, and examples of what's currently working. They should understand what you're trying to sell without being handed a script. 3. Review submissions quickly. If creators are submitting content and it sits in review for two-three weeks, you're slowing down the entire program. Approve usable content, give actionable feedback when something needs work, and keep things moving. 4. Actually launch the content into ads. I've seen brands with a huge library of approved creator content that has never been tested. Before recruiting another hundred creators, figure out why the content you've already collected isn't making it into the ad account. IF YOU'RE PAYING CREATORS BASED ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR ADS, THEN THEY'RE SUBMITTING CONTENT "FOR FREE" WITH THE ASSUMPTION THAT IT WILL ACTUALLY BE RUN AS AN AD. HOW TF ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO EARN IF YOU'RE NOT GONNA RUN IT? APPROVE WHAT YOU CAN RUN. REJECT WHAT YOU CAN'T AND GIVE THE CREATOR FEEDBACK. DON'T JUST APPROVE EVERYTHING BECAUSE YOU'RE SCARED TO HURT THE CREATOR'S FEELINGS. 5. Understand that launching an ad is only the beginning of the test. Some creator ads will barely spend, some will get turned off quickly, and a small number will continue getting budget because they're showing promise. You need enough creative going through this process to actually learn what works. 6. Look at the creators getting meaningful spend. Once you have enough data, look at which creators are consistently getting budget behind their content and which ones have produced multiple ads that spend... AND INVEST IN THEM EARLY. 7. Use performance data to guide the next round of content. If certain hooks, pain points, formats or products keep getting spend, tell your creators. Host weekly or bi-weekly calls with them. You just CAN'T skip this part. 8. Recruit based on what you've learned. Once you know which creator profiles, products, angles and formats are actually working in paid social, use that information when recruiting the next group. You're no longer just adding creators to the roster and hoping someone makes something good. 🩷 Sincerely, someone who spends 12+ hours a day on trybe, discord and slack working on affiliate programs and paying out over $250K in creator commissions and bonuses

If you're a brand spending at least $100k on Meta and wants to scale using affiliates and creator community. I know my sh*t, don't fall for another agency pitch who's just gonna charge you a lot but then outsource this Trybe program to a VA. DM me. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Top reasons why I'm rejecting an affiliate application on @TrybeUGC - as someone managing multiple programs, one of which still has 4,500+ pending applications πŸ˜… 1. Profile photo - do you have one? Do you match the demographic we're trying to target. (aka a male affiliate applying for a gen x makeup product) πŸ—‘οΈ reject 2. Do you have sample videos uploaded? No? How about linked social media? No? πŸ—‘οΈ reject 3. Oh you have video samples... but they're AI πŸ—‘οΈ reject 4. Oh wait, your video samples were actually UGC... but they're all product shots? No talking head videos? πŸ—‘οΈ reject 5. No profile photo, no links, no location, no history... πŸ—‘οΈ reject 6. You selected 50+ niches but not one example for the niche I'm looking for that YOU applied for... πŸ—‘οΈ reject

Congratulations! I joined you with this brand in August and have loved working with you. You’re so supportive, always there to answer questions, and you genuinely care about helping creators succeed. Having weekly calls and someone who understands both sides makes such a difference. So well deserved!

Crazy how the affiliate program I built in late July… is currently one of the top brands on @TrybeUGC $200K in creator earnings? HELLO??? Humility aside, the affiliate program was a one woman + one VA job but we actually get sh*t done.
Looking for a few experienced affiliate creators to join a performance-based creator program. βœ… Product provided βœ… Uncapped commission βœ… Real ad spend behind winning creatives βœ… Performance data visibility βœ… Long-term opportunity Best fit for creators who already understand commission based models. Comment "CREATOR" and we'll DM the link @wearehookedco

A week ago, I started a series on my page on "Building our Home Golf Simulator" and since then I have gotten two new golf partnerships, an inbound from a tourism board to feature their golf courses, and another inbound this morning for golf accessories. What's crazy is, I wasn't even trying to land deals. I just found a topic that I feel free to create content about, no pressure, no pretending to be someone else, and it just worked! ⛳️ I'm posting the episodes here as well starting with episodes 1 and 2! Won't mind a nudge here and there to keep this thread updated with the new episodes πŸ˜… Wedding is literally in 16 days... #contentcreator #ugccreator #creativestrategist #dtc

Are there any GOLF DTC brand owners out here looking for organic and paid media content partnerships directly from golf creators who ACTUALLY play golf? ⛳️ If you can ship to Canada, I can send over the golfer list via DM! πŸ’Œ

NEW NEWS! We took possession of our FIRST HOME earlier this week 🏠 Got emotional and shared our first hug in the new home as soon as the Jayman Built team left the house πŸ₯Ή The house was one of the three properties we saw back in October, and we knew right away that this specific house was it even though it was just bare bones. We can’t wait to transform this house into our home and I’ll be sharing that process here as well. New video series is already in the works and I have the outline and b-rolls ready… πŸ‘€ P.S. Cannot WAIT to work with home brands for the rest of the year ✨

You know what's ABSOLUTELY INSANE? Negotiating a washer and dryer from the social media team who then referred me to the sales manager of our home builder. Mind you, the local sales manager denied this request multiple times AND THEN their corporate social media posted a new campaign saying "washer and dryer" are now included in all 2026 homes. So I approached it as a marketer to marketer instead of homebuyer to builder. It felt like I was pitching to a brand and damn that negotiation skill came in handy. Anyway, IT'S A FREAKING WIN FOR US so I'm happy! Saved over 2,000$ haha

Before you start planning videos to create for a client? How often do you do your research first? And by research, I didn't mean looking at their website, reading the product page. Or looking at reviews on their social media, reddit or amazon... I mean, understanding the consumer segments your creatives can target through their psychological triggers, desires and deep pain points? Not just "Busy mom of 4", or "busy professional"... Onboarded a new client for creative strategy today and did it the old school way - pen and paper = 10 pages of back to back research. I'm excited to hop on a call with them tomorrow to align with the timelines and goals - plus I can explain the whole Meta Andromeda - Gem - Lattice and what that means for our creatives. Hook variation IS NOT ENOUGH. But more or that later πŸ‘€ #ugc #ugccommunity #dtc
