That said, I can see the progression since arriving. He is slowly, but surely creating more chances for his teammates and himself and becoming more fluid in the system.

At times needing to see the overlapping runs of the full backs playing at striker. The constant high pressing and tracking back. I can see he doesnt have an issue of skill it is just his teammates all know what they are expected to do. Where he is a step late or a pass early.

I think he has been good. You have to understand though Kompany asks a lot of the roles that Saibari plays. Gnabry, Olise and Musiala who have all been playing in Kompanys system since he arrived are used to dropping between Center backs, being a third or fourth midfielder.

This might be the worst point I have ever seen. I said in a single season at Dortmund. Meaning in any of his seasons there. So no I definitely didnβt expect him to outscore him at 19 and he wasnβt 19 the entire time he was at Dortmund.
So in this situation did Haaland move to a better team or move to a easier league? Because from what your saying you'd be a hypocrite to say anything other than Haaland moved to an easier league.

Haaland couldn't outscore Lewandowski for a single season that he was at Dortmund or score 30+ goals in the league. Because Bayern was the better team that created better chances. The moment Haaland went to City he broke the Premier League goal scoring record.

I never said it was a definite, but you could definitely see based on how these systems play. Why someone like Kane could work. Also, i explained how it could work. He plays better in a more possession dominant team that allows him to drop deep and dictate play through runners.

I think its the team he was on that held him back. If he played for City when Aguero left or Liverpool when Firminho left or Arsenal when they needed a striker he'd probably have many more goals in the Premier League. He was loyal to Spurs and refused to play for any other club.

Last season, even though we didnβt win the CL he changed my opinion. He really stepped up in every single game we needed him in. Iβm happy that he proved me wrong. Unlike other accounts Iβm happy when Iβm proved wrong.

Finally, I hope this really gets his season started
