🚨 UPDATE LA28 FAILED to provide us with any of the financial docs we requested and that they are contractually obligated to provide. We requested these to give you TRANSPARENCY on their finances related to the Olympics since LA TAXPAYERS ARE ON THE HOOK if it goes over budget.

Something SHADY is happening at City Hall‼️ We do NOT support the LA28 Olympics Contract that the City Council will vote on tomorrow as written. 🔎 It fails to provide transparency 💰 It is not fiscally responsible ❌ It limits the City’s ability to hold LA28 accountable

📢 REMINDER FOR EVERYONE FOLLOWING LA POLITICS 1) Anyone in City Hall telling you that removing Nithya Raman as the Chair of Housing & Homelessness "was not political", is lying 2) Don't rely on Rupert Murdoch's tabloid, California Post, as a serious source 3) Do your research
Mayor Bass' top City Council ally removed me as Chair of the Housing and Homelessness Committee. The Mayor may be trying to punish me for challenging her, but Angelenos are the ones who pay the price for these political games.

Let's talk about LA Mayoral power in the context of homelessness. There’s a common misconception that the Mayor has little power in LA. Having been blocked from auditing the Mayor’s homelessness efforts and programs, I can tell you that the Mayor has ENORMOUS POWER. 🧵

On Wed, LA City Council will decide whether it should be able to make policy for LA’s largest dept (& budget item): LAPD. Many voters assumed this was the case — nope! Currently, Council only makes RECS to a Board. 😮 Send an email to fix this omission: tinyurl.com/crpolice

Thank you, Los Angeles! The people triumphed over Zach Sokoloff, his mom, his billionaire friends, and the corporate executives that dumped nearly $10 MILLION in this race to be the City's Accountant and Auditor! The Controller's seat is NOT FOR SALE. dailynews.com/2026/06/03/ken…

MY OPPONENT’S MOM IS USING AI TO ATTACK ME?? Using generative AI while artists in the film industry are struggling is the kind of out-of-touch campaigning expected by our opponent, failed real estate executive of Hackman Capital, Hollywood’s biggest landlord. Vote by June 2nd.

Wow. Our opponent’s mom is spending $2.5 million to oust me as LA City Controller. Get ready to be bombarded w/ dishonest attacks and ads propping up our opponent, who oversaw the downfall of Radford Studios, defaulting on $1.1 BILLION‼️ He now wants to watch over your money?

At least 70 people, including some 60 children, were killed when U.S. and Israeli strikes hit the Shajareh Tayyebeh girls’ elementary school in Minab, southern Iran, according to the Fars News. The attack reportedly struck during school hours, with about 170 girls inside. Videos show families screaming and digging through rubble as rescue crews searched for survivors. Tehran has vowed retaliation. Dr. Foad Izadi of the University of Tehran told Al Jazeera: “We are fighting the epstein class that either rapes little girls or bombs little girls.”

The American people do not want a war with Iran. Trump is acting on the violent fantasies of the American political elite and the Israeli apartheid government, ignoring the vast majority of Americans who say loud and clear: No More Wars.

Every day, we wake up to more heartbreaking news about stealth attacks conducted by the United States in other parts of the world, in the name of protecting Israel. We know these attacks are supported by OUR tax dollars. Meanwhile, Americans continue to struggle to make ends meet while our tax dollars support the destruction of homes and the displacement of people on the other side of the world. Enough is enough. NO war on Iran!

Americans are being killed in the street by their government. Our Constitution is being shredded and our rights are dissolving. Resist. Senate Dems should block ICE funding this week. Activate the National Guard. We can and must stop this.

"...approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun, seen here." This is the victim, holding a phone in his right hand before CBP assaults and murders him. They're lying to you, spitting in the eye of everyone who can see.
At 9:05 AM CT, as DHS law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal alien wanted for violent assault, an individual approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun, seen here.  The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted. More details on the armed struggle are forthcoming. Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene.  The suspect also had 2 magazines and no ID—this looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.    About 200 rioters arrived at the scene and began to obstruct and assault law enforcement on the scene, crowd control measures were deployed for the safety of the public and law enforcement.  This situation is evolving, and more information is forthcoming.
