please stop making people feel weird for getting excited about the things they love.

I’m so sick of this narrative. #TRUTH

Ed Sheeran is getting attacked for staying NEUTRAL on politics?
Now even refusing to join the cause makes you a target.
Forced allegiance isn’t tolerance—it’s the 2026 democrat plantation mentality: fall in line or become the enemy.

Macklemore walked onto Ed Sheeran's stage on tour, looked out at thousands of parents and kids WHO PAID $180 a ticket for a night of music, and decided to hijack the crowd with a "Free Palestine" rant.
He thought he was being "brave." He thought he’d get the usual Hollywood pat on the back for wearing his keffiyeh and lecturing everyday Americans. Instead, he got a hard dose of reality. One regular dad posted the brutal truth: We paid for music, not a political speech.
That post went viral and the free market slammed the brakes. Venue owners told Sheeran point-blank: if Macklemore is on your ticket, you aren't playing here. So now, Macklemore has to play Dearborn instead.
For the first time since October 7th, a regular American stood up, pushed back, and the entire system moved. We are sick of uneducated lunatics using every stage in America to berate us with a worldview so tiny it fits into the words, "oppressor" and "oppressed." We aren't paying for your crazy anymore. You're a performer. Just shut up and go sing.

HERO.
To the bystanders who pulled out their phones while this kid was dying in the street begging for help: I hope karma hunts every last one of you down and you spend the rest of your days rotting in a jail cell.
Disgusting POS cowards.

Ed Sheeran didn’t get to $400 million by turning somebody else’s stadium into his personal soapbox.
He’s the HEADLINER. His name is on the marquee. His tour. His stage. His audience. His crew. His business.
Macklemore asked to join the tour. Ed said yes. He was handed a massive platform and an audience he didn’t have to spend years building.
And somehow the opener confused being invited with being important.
Sweetheart, there’s a reason you’re the plus-one.
You didn’t build the tour. You didn’t sell the tickets. You didn’t create the audience. You didn’t bankroll the production. You were invited to open the damn show.
So maybe don’t walk into someone else’s house, grab the microphone, hijack the room, and then act shocked when the homeowner tells you to leave.
Ed built his platform. He earned his audience. He sells out stadiums. He pays his people. He puts on the show.
The openers can keep chasing political applause and internet validation.
But being loud doesn’t make you the star. Being invited doesn’t make it your platform.
There’s a reason one name is in giant letters on the marquee.
And there’s a reason yours is nowhere to be found.

Before therapy-speak started to dominate public discourse, we used evocative language like chilled to the marrow, cut to the quick, scarred, haunted, disturbed. Language is now sanitized and mass-marketed, and it’s making us dumber, less able to contextualize human experience.

i'm genuinely asking: why do we have to pretend to be busy at work when there's nothing to do?? who invented this whole "keeping up appearances" charade?? if my tasks are done, my work is done. i should be allowed to kick back, play games, or honestly, just go home. the absolute delusion of it all.

As has been said by others this needs to stop. "Black tennis" is not a sport - tennis is.
The constant pushing of this "them and us" narrative by black American players is creating division and awkwardness between fans and players.
Play the sport, keep race out of it.

I’ve been watching tennis since I was a kid and although it has been exciting to see the sport reach new levels of popularity amongst younger audiences and the media in recent years, a huge downside to this is that the entire sport has become increasingly more poisoned by the worst parts of online culture: constant obsession with victimhood, incessant race-baiting, braindead complaints about “representation.”
Tennis is unique because of the decorum, elegance, and respect at its core. The sport transcends the low-level oppression Olympics that resides on TikTok. We don’t want players pretending they are Rosa Parks just because they are funded by Ben Crump Law and they’re looking for their social justice moment of fame.
We grew up watching Serena and Venus Williams dominate the sport, without having to listen to the condescending speeches about why their win was more historically important than Maria Sharapova’s because of the color of their skin. It was only in recent years that everything was twisted into a constant, trashy race war.
