No institution should control stock tokenization.
Hooke launches with its first permissionless stock pool: $hXMAX/$USDG. We seed it with $5M $USDG totaling $10M in pool liquidity. @XmaxGlobal $XMAX
Hooke lets anyone issue price-tracking tokens and build derivatives through open protocols—no centralized gatekeepers.

Looking fwd to all the feedbacks on our buyback / short squeeze strategy. It is only day 3 after we launch, there is a long journey ahead. Short squeeze won't be done in few days. @TheRoaringKitty set a good example for us.
Hooke’s +35% target on $XMAX comes from our short-squeeze thesis.
Our internal model looks at short interest, borrow availability, trading volume and the float’s ownership structure. It identifies roughly +30% above the treasury’s average purchase cost as a zone where covering pressure could accelerate sharply. Our +35% profit-taking target sits just beyond that zone.
The public data provides context: 9.22 million shares short in the September 30 report. As checked on October 17, Fintel also shows 15.58% of float short and 12.74 days to cover. That last number measures short interest against average trading volume—it is not a deadline for shorts to exit.
Our thesis is that rising prices could push more shorts to close, adding buying pressure just as new buyers enter. When both groups compete for available shares, things can move fast.
$GME showed how explosive a rally can become when strong buying interest and short covering overlap. It gives a sense of the potential volatility, although it cannot tell us how XMAX will trade.
If that dynamic develops in XMAX, the treasury’s position could appreciate sharply. Our plan is to take profits at the +35% target and direct 100% of the realized profits into $WOLFPACK buybacks.
That is why buybacks funded by the stock strategy follow realized gains. Launchpad-fee buybacks follow their separate allocation.
We remain firmly bullish and are backing that conviction with treasury capital. We’ll keep building Hooke, executing the strategy and sharing progress with the pack. 🐺
@XmaxGlobal @wolfpackmeme
To the @wolfpackmeme community:
The community has raised questions about how fees are allocated between stock purchases and WOLFPACK buybacks. These revenue streams serve different purposes and follow different buyback timelines. Here are the details.
We are here, and we are not walking away. We will continue building this community and moving forward with the Hooke.fun launchpad. Our commitment extends beyond launch-day excitement.
Under the Wolfpack model, revenue follows two distinct paths. All hXMAX/USDG trading-tax revenue is used to purchase @XmaxGlobal stock, with WOLFPACK buybacks funded by realized profits when the strategy’s profit target is reached. Launchpad fees are split equally: 50% goes toward WOLFPACK buybacks and burns, while the remaining 50% is platform revenue allocated to the stock strategy.
Our objective remains a +35% return on the XMAX stock position. If that target is reached, we will realize the gains and use 100% of those profits to buy back $WOLFPACK. That means all realized profits—not just a portion. The return is a target, not a guarantee; the allocation is our commitment.
We remain firmly bullish on @XmaxGlobal. In our view, Wall Street short sellers have been too pessimistic, and the market has undervalued the company. We are willing to express that conviction through our holdings and let the market test our thesis.
We will keep holding, keep building Hooke, and put the Wolfpack strategy into practice through stock investments and buybacks. We do not ask everyone to share our conviction. We will let our actions speak. For those who choose to build alongside us: our conviction will outlast the excitement of launch.
Our next steps are clear: advance the launchpad, execute the strategy, and keep the community informed of progress.

The $USDG income in the treasury has just been deposited to CEX, preparing for the buyback.
Stay tuned for further updates.
Hooke.fun is live. A launchpad built around the short-squeeze narrative.
Stocks feed memes. Memes feed stocks.
The Stock-to-Meme Flywheel connects equity trading, meme launches, and WOLFPACK buybacks. Every trade in the hXMAX/USDG pool can feed the next $WOLFPACK buyback.
1. The equity flywheel
Trading tax is collected in USDG.
100% of that revenue is used to buy XMAX stock.
When the XMAX stock position reaches +35% profit, gains are realized and used to buy back WOLFPACK.
Stock trading creates the revenue stream. Realized stock gains bring buying power back to the meme.
2. The meme flywheel
The standardized-contract launchpad is coming soon. $WOLFPACK is already live under this contract framework.
The launchpad brings the short-squeeze narrative into a shared stock-to-meme ecosystem: meme activity can fund stock purchases, while realized equity gains can fund $WOLFPACK buybacks.
Launchpad fees are collected in $hXMAX:
- 50% buys back and burns $$WOLFPACK.
- 50% remains platform revenue and is used to buy stocks through the Wolfpack strategy.
Each new launch can feed both sides: $WOLFPACK buy-and-burn and the equity strategy.
3. The short-squeeze catalyst
Short covering can become a catalyst for the flywheel.
When short-covering demand increases equity trading activity, the stock flywheel can accelerate the meme flywheel. When meme activity grows, the fee stream feeds the equity strategy.
That is the thesis behind Hooke.fun’s short-squeeze launchpad: connect the energy of squeeze-driven stock activity with meme launches, stock purchases, and WOLFPACK scarcity.
The two loops reinforce each other:
More hXMAX trading → more tax revenue → more XMAX stock → realized profits → more $WOLFPACK buybacks.
More meme launches → more hXMAX fees → more WOLFPACK buy-and-burn + more stock purchases.
One side creates stock flow. The other creates WOLFPACK scarcity. Short covering can accelerate the connection.
Hooke.fun is live. $WOLFPACK is live. The flywheel has started.
Within the next 24 hours, we will finalize the Launchpad rollout, execute our first US stock purchase, and initiate the Wolfpack buyback.
We are building the first permissionless stock tokenization protocol and our launchpad will go live soon. $wolfpack is the first meme pairing with the $10M $hXMAX stock pool.
@RobinhoodApp chain is where all the RWA + memes innovation happens.
Keep shipping.

We have accumulated around $200k in the treasury. Our initial plan was to buy $XMAX, but we also hear the voice from community requesting to support @wolfpackmeme.
The whole short squeeze narrative on $XMAX was triggered by the $wolfpack launch and we need more people to see the dancing wolf and eventually support $XMAX.
Please share your thoughts below on which buy-back we should do: $wolfpack or $XMAX?
This is interesting. But how exactly did you pull this off? @vladtenev @hookefun @RobinhoodCrypto would love to hear your thoughts on the tech behind it.
