Overview and General Profile of PROJ_REdacted Part I. Intro: Project RE is a robust web3 start up with functioning NFTs building a platform to penetrate the RWA sector. They have operations in real-world production that are scalable and bear-proof. RE is expanding in strategic waves, aiming at key geographic regions to capture the broader market; they're targeting the DEFI market segments bridging Trad-fi to the end user in web3. Their product line up has traits for a durable and tolerant setting hedging against seasonal shocks and prolonged exogenous conditions. RE and RWA operate a simple yet effective plan - build the bridging platform! Onboard business partners and retail investors into their solid enterprise on-chain via an agricultural hub; create an integrated DEFI market. Expansive offerings are planned, starting with raw materials. I believe the USP for RE can be categorised using macro perspectives; direct access to liquidity via tokenised assets, establishing the bespoke RWA platform to enable trade; driving a key section of their real-world production toward an ever-interoperable web3 tech project. They are creating a true gap closer in the asset tokenisation market. To my understanding, the end game consists of the agriculture hub — soft commodity & precious metal pools etc. Asset-backed defi markets and other future assets is their industry vertical; ready for mainstream market adoption. Key advantages of RE RWA platform once full build is established includes - reduced friction to retail investors; lower the proprietor barriers to entry; accessibility to direct collateralised liquidity e.g. PE backers. Remarks: I believe RE has acquired the ingredients to flourish, their recipe comprises of a beachhead strategy; using a unique formula to function on a focused niche initially therefore scaling their offerings and production capacity by capturing aggregate demand. The 'emerge' of global partnerships for their RWA services and offerings is relatively new. RE are tapping their resources into this unsaturated market 2024. In general, many third-party projects fall during their 1st slump cycle due to self-centred leadership and a pure tunnel visioning team. The lack of a viable product and getting blindsided by the market often ends up with a lacklustre product that becomes redundant for their audience. However, holders of RE are kept well informed; communication and IRL meet up events gives a solid foundation to the founder's mission, viability and use case. The necessities for this venture to thrive. RE is building something special; the early adopters from the NFT side have alignment, the consensus is pretty solid as founders make effort to answer to requests, and those who are eager to learn get Q&As even after working hours (true display of commitment for the OGs to appreciate). Based on experience with RE, it’s a bullish indicator. Part II. 🚨(NSFW for 18+ eyes only)🚨 Degen aspect: The RE founders (Bros*) keeps it real, they’ve shown us that they care about the fish not just the pond and the whales swimming here. They totally give big fks about our RE project and everyone HODLing. So, chads, I have vested interest in this ecosystem ofc I want it moonshot - deep dived for you chads as a true believer. However, I've also been converted by the Bro’s display of love and respect for RE members (the allies). REAL attracts REAL. With Project RE, the word community isn’t overinflated, its not pure hype, consider all those who contribute to elevate RE as my allies. Reborn: Personally, between RE and prior NFT-centric projects (took a fat L break) past roles etc I've lost a significant amount of passion for the space due to being down bad. The harsh lessons I've learnt. So many cookie cutters, handful of doughnut builders inc. IRL muppets - Fuiyoh, I'll rate them with negative social credit score – for ditto and echoing w/e anything tangible. The REAL reason is the RE bros mission vision I want to be a part of -they made me change some ways, very genuine and heart warming project; I've been influenced and popped the filter bubble. Reignited my interest for NFTs. RE Bros don't act like the main character, free of LARP; they exert big energy and encourage holders to become their biggest fans through knowledge and empowerment - beautiful stuff. Bro's a man of integrity with the experience gained from working with a big list of CHN projects, very authentic and flavourful to the web3 scene with skin in the game. He’s repping that legacy BUIDL mindset - a big W to us chads. Alpha side story: Recall Q2 2022 between the APE$ and KODA drops; there was a CHN Twitter space; who's this Prince guy they all calling (doxed his name that time) doing a moderator's public chat space? All the CHN speakers (the majority today have already exited) gave praise for Prince leading early projects, high standards and diligence. IYK, KW moment. FWD 2024 what a journey Bro. Closing thoughts: Trust those that have been around during the prior 2 to 3 market nosedives – embrace those that survived the 3rd party rug of the same rug, those we cry out for the same cry b/c of dead bags – shared values and experiences builds more than just a trustworthy procedure – it’s more like a pendulum, a constant tipping scale to harnesses the growth of trust and belief; as they entrust us, we gain further, trust back and forth.
