How to launch a cheap smartphone when device parts are becoming expensive?
Instead of making every phone from 100% new parts, companies collect old phones, use AI to identify working parts & components --> reuse them in new devices ..
Think of it like taking good parts from old cars and building a new car.
Lower manufacturing cost, less dependence on supply chain issues, less electronic waste and better margins.
