My office hot water bottle is out for the first time this year, absolutely frozen 🥶 Why is the heating in offices never right? Either baltic or hotter than the sun, no in between 🫠

I'm unapologetically the girl that doesn't care about how many steps she does, doesn't give a stuff about calories, is happiest alone at home, will always squeeze in one more chapter, drinks an unhealthy amount of tea, loves gloomy weather and buys anything with a pumpkin on 🎃🧡

I love living alone & am glad I can afford to do life solo but honestly, we don't talk enough about the emotional & mental burdens that comes with it. Not having anyone else to take on some of the little jobs or even just to talk boring adulting stuff with is tough some days 🫠

Turns out that the guy I cover for is the guy that cleans the office I work in every day?! The world really is small 😂

It's a Maccies lunch kind of day

We have large, open plan offices and a range of meeting rooms but do you know where I end up discussing things with people the most? In the ladies toilets 😂

I've taken on almost a month's worth of evening shifts at my agency job but felt bad about hogging shifts. Turns out that my superviser is being ignored by all of the agency workers in our area when she offers shifts out, so now the guilt has gone 😂

I'm very happy that it's porridge season again

I listen to my friends talking about their relationships and I just know I'm going to spend the rest of my life single because I don't think I could cope with any of it 😂

I eat out a fair amount and I can honestly say that I'm becoming less impressed by the food I order each time. Definitely in my 'I could make this better at home' era 🫠

I feel like I need to come off of here and give myself a full social media detox...give my brain a rest and spend less time looking at screens 🧘🏽‍♀️ Less screen time = more book time 🤓
