Frightening how many times it's up to the woman herself, to, as Sally puts it here 'join the dots'. Even after having a hysterectomy at 41, it was up to my wife to work out she was in perimenopause and seek help/advice. The consultant hadn't entertained it as a possibility.

The Monsal Trail follows the former Midland Railway line through the Peak District. Opened in 1863, the route once carried passengers & freight through the Wye Valley. Its famous tunnels were closed in 1968, but reopened as part of the trail in 2011.
