Täna tähistame soome-ugri rahvaste ühist ainulaadsust ning peame meeles oma hõimurahvaid, keda Venemaa veel tänapäevalgi rõhub. Kahjuks peame tõdema, et hõimupäev pole Soomes ei tähtpäev ega lipupäev. Soome on ainus iseseisev soome-ugri riik, kus hõimupäeva ei tähistata. 1/2
Tänään juhlimme suomalais-ugrilaisten kansojen yhteistä ainutlaatuisuutta sekä muistamme sukukansojamme, joita Venäjä sortaa vielä nykyäänkin. Valitettavasti joudumme toteamaan, ettei sukukansapäivä ole Suomessa juhlapäivä eikä liputuspäivä. 1/3
Suomi on ainoa itsenäinen suomalais-ugrilainen valtio, jossa sukukansapäivää ei juhlita. Tämä epäoikeudenmukaisuus tulisi korjata. 2/3

U.S. Ambassador to Estonia Roman Pipko and Veiko Kommusaar, Deputy Director General of the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board, signed an agreement this week to officially transfer 13 Skydio X10D Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems to Estonia. The @StateDept's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (@StateINL ) funded the transfer. The @CBP agency is implementing the program. The Estonian Defence Forces’ Air Defence Battalion marked its 98th anniversary today with a ceremonial formation at Tapa.
The celebrations also saw the first-ever “Air Defender of the Year” title awarded to Ensign Andres Murga.

Estonia leads the top 10 countries to live in 2026 with a score of 72.8, according to the Rumavi Global Relocation Index. Singapore claims second place at 72.6, followed by Malaysia at 72.0. Portugal and Taiwan complete the top five list.
Lithuania holds sixth place with 71.0.

As a native Estonian speaker, whoever thought 14 grammatical cases, three degrees of vowel length, consonant gradation, words that completely change form (süsi ➡️ söe??), all these orthography rules and a billion exceptions to every rule were all good ideas needs to be studied.
