Do you believe that someone was sexually assaulted for a week at age 16 by her sister's husband? Her name is Scottie Justin Peelman, now 33, living in Stokesdale, North Carolina. Four years later, she finally mustered the courage to tell her sister, but her sister blocked all her contact information. Now everyone calls me the family's "slut,"
because, in their eyes, I wore "revealing clothes" and "seduce him."
It's all over now. I'm no longer afraid, and I no longer hide.
