Great check in this afternoon on the bunker renovations at Bos Landen Golf Club. The bunkers on 15 and 16 were sodded and are looking awesome! The plan is to completed by the end of the week. Amazing work by RJ Golf & Sports Turf. @natetegtmeier . 👏🏻👏🏻 @ASGCA

After a memorable week in Nashville for the @ASGCA Annual Meeting, it was time to get back to work and check in on the grow in on the short game area at Gateway GC! With the focus getting the green and chipping area ready for the off season, there’s plenty to do, so stay tuned!

The grow-in process continues on the new short game area at Gateway GC in Monroe, Iowa. Always exciting to do the first mow. The focus is making sure everything is firmly established before colder weather sets in. Extremely grateful for the opportunity, and many to thank! @ASGCA

Watching The Presidents Cup and love seeing the similarities between the great courses of the Australian sandbelt and the great work at Medinah by the @OCMGolf team. The look, strategic elements, and angles they incorporated has been a joy to watch.👏🏻👏🏻 A few examples attached.

I’ve been contemplating a design in my head utilizing drainage ditches, and was curious everyone’s thoughts on them? Why aren’t they used in more designs, would superintendents prefer them, etc,? What would be some pros and cons, I’m curious. Would love to hear some feedback!
