I have it confirmed. The ANC elective conference at NASREC is not being loadshed. They have asked for and received a full exemption from loadshesding from 16 to 20 Dec inclusive (5 Days) while the rest of SA is being loadshed at stage 6.
QuTiP's Jupyter notebooks tutorials have been revamped!
To keep them shiny, they're now continuously tested with their own CI. :D
Thank you Christian Staufenbiel, who made all this happen during GSoC 2022!

If you are accusing people of being fascist, I recommend first reading archive.org/details/pdfy-dtX… and theanarchistlibrary.org/libr…. There is much nuanced thought in the originals which is often lost in paraphrased versions.

Loving Firefox's local translation extension -- addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir…. It's faster and lighter than using online translation, and doesn't involve sending the contents of pages to anyone else.
